Austin-based Greenling Organic has partnered with Instacart for same-day delivery to Greenling’s customers in Austin.
Greenling delivers organic fresh and locally grown fruits and vegetables, meats and dairy, meal kits and prepared food to customers in Austin, Houston and San Antonio. Before, it took at least a day to receive an order from Greenling.
“Greenling offers the most authentic local and organic foods. By combining Greenling’s unmatched quality and hyperlocal approach with Instacart’s world-class convenience and same-day delivery, customers can get more connected to their local foods sources than ever before,” Greenling CEO Bill Tolany said in a news release.
The company will deliver everyday of the week except Saturday from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.
“We’re continuously looking for new and interesting partners to ensure we’re always offering our customers the widest variety of grocery items available, and Greenling Organic is a great addition to our list,” Instacart Austin City Manager Zack Leonard said in a news release. “We’re looking forward to working with them and increasing our delivery zones in the near future.”
Founded in San Francisco, Instacart began delivery in Austin in May.
Greenling, founded in 2005, has raised $10.4 million to date in two rounds of funding, according to its Crunchbase profile.
